Returns & Refunds
- We gladly accept returns of unopened, unused and undamaged, or defective components if notified within 5 days of receiving your order.
- We will cover the return shipping cost. You will receive instructions on how to return your items free of charge.
- A restocking fee will not be charged for any returned items.
- This policy applies only to components purchased directly through our website, crossbus.com. Items purchased from other retailers or marketplaces are not covered under this policy.
How to Return an Item
- To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@crossbus.com within 5 days after receiving your order. Include your order #.
- We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how to return your item(s).
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it per the conditions of our policy and process your refund within 10 business days. You will receive a notification via email when your refund is complete.
Exceptions
- We cannot accept returns of our assembled solutions.
- We cannot accept returns on items that have been used or installed.
- We cannot accept returns on items that are damaged due to misuse or neglect.
